Camille & Ming

Last winter we got to photograph a beautiful wedding of Camille and Ming in Paris and Le Château de Reilly. Camille and Ming chose to split their wedding festivities and do their couple session photographs on a different day than their actual ceremony. While they would like to keep the ceremony photos private, they were glad to let me share with you the 2 hour session we did for them in their wedding attire in one of the most stunning parks of Paris, Parc de Bagatelle

The park is famous for the stunning peacocks that just walk around and sometimes wonder into the photos - it doesn't get any better than that! While in the summer there are rose gardens to add to the beautify of this location, in the winter the light is just beautiful making it an all-year-round prime spot for Wedding Portraits in Paris.

By the way, I would highly recommend splitting the wedding day into 2 parts whenever possible and having the couple portraits done on a separate day. This allows the couple to enjoy the festivities with their loved ones on the day of the ceremony without a worry about the time they have to take off for their couple session. And on the day of the actual portraits session the couple is relaxed, free of thinking about running back to say hello to all the guests. Another advantage that the date of the shoot can be set to suit the weather and the locations of the shoot can be chosen without the worry of getting from the church to the reception venue. We all know that sometimes weather doesn't cooperate on the actual wedding day, so why not make sure that your portraits will be amazing even if it's raining/snowing/hailing on the day you say "I do!"

Camille's beautiful wedding dress by La Sposa is from Lili la Mariée bridal shop located in Boulogne Billancourt. The hair and make-up of the bride was done by English-speaking French MUA Camille Delattre. Videography and Photo Booth at the wedding reception was by Federico from IheartParis.
