Evgenia & Pavel Paris Elopement

Another beautiful Paris Elopement / Destination Wedding photoshoot! As a Paris photographer I'm super proud of this one - we actually managed to capture it during just 2 hours in 3 locations. This beautiful lovebirds flew in to Paris for their honeymoon and opted to skip a big wedding at home in favour of spoiling themselves with a Parisian wedding couple photoshoot.

We started this summer elopement photoshoot right after sunrise at 7:30 in the morning at Trocadero with the best view of the Eiffel Tower. After that we have grabbed a shot Uber ride to The Louvre Museum to have some portraits done in it's beautiful courtyards and next to the Pyramid. The bride and groom even did a little dance next to the columns surrounded by the stunning architecture. We next walked to Pont des Artes right next by - that's the famous bridge that almost collapsed under the weight of all the locks the tourists used to put on it before the city of Paris removed them all and replaced the railings with beautiful transparent plexiglass panels. I hated the locks so much that I stopped photographing at this location a couple of years ago, so this was the first time I can back after they removed the locks and I fell in love with the view again!

For our third location another short Uber ride away we have chosen to go to Notre Dame area. Ile Saint Louis is one of my favorite places to photograph as a background and also as a location, because there is a sweet spot on it with the most stunning view of Notre Dame Cathedral! We finished our wedding photoshoot with a lovely Parisian breakfast at Cafe St. Regis. Highly recommend this place for their eggs Benedict and eggs norvegienne!

Et voilà - that's the story of our romantic Paris elopement :) And of course I would like to thank our make up artist and florist who helped us make it even more memorable!
