I realized that I don't show much of the family photoshoots that I get to capture working as a Paris Photographer. To remedy this situation here's a beautiful family session that I particularly adore - their outfits are just so perfect! We started our morning at the iconic Trocadero plaza and gardens, which is the best view of the Eiffel tower and also has a typical parisian carousel. For the second hour of this 2 hour session we have taken an Uber to the Tuileries garden and walked over to the Louvre Museum and the Pyramide. All in all we manages 3 outfit changes and 2 locations in 2 hours with a family of 5. That's about how much you can plan to fit in if you are wondering how long your session should be. I would not recommend to a session longer than 1 hour with a baby younger that 4 years old and no longer than 2 hours with older kids.
If you are looking to capture some lovestory photos of just you two along with the family portraits with your little ones, I would suggest that you consider booking 2 separate shoots and ask your photographer for a price package to accommodate that. This way you can spare yourself a lot of nerves running after your toddler (trust me, I know what I'm talking about!) and can concentrate on each other. To find a nanny you can post on Expatriates in Paris facebook group - average babysitting rate is 10 euro per hour.
